When something really positive happens, you’re not going to remember it to have that perspective if you don’t write it down. So what you will do is take little pieces of papers and write down when something happens that makes you smile. Then, every night you put them all in your jar. Next time when you are tired, feeling down, sad, or just plain want an immediate boost – Open your gratitude jar and relive those happy experiences all over again.

Power Project for Today: Set a positive intention before going to bed. Just before you go to sleep at tonight, set an intention to enjoy the next day. Then imagine amazing things happening from the time you get up until you go to bed. You’ll be delighted at the impact this has on your life and your experiences.
